mending a Master Replicas Hulk Box

Strange question but I just received a Master Replicas #1 Hulk Statue (which is awesome I must say!) I pulled the beautiful color box out of the brown shipper box and then I see that the color box is in two pieces, what I mean is the box is in good shape but it seams as if there was no glue or not enough on the seams so it just came apart. Before I break out the Elmer's, I was wondering if there is a preferred glue to make this kind of repair that any of you might use.

Not the most exciting post I know but any replies are welcome!

super glue or hobby glue that doesnt have a ton of fumes to it.
Elmers wont hold long enough.
