Dude ...interpret it anyway you want. Villainous side ...badass self ...doesn't really matter.

But if you really want to be strict with the description ...then just think of the REG portrait as Emma fighting off the Brotherhood. Then think of the EX portraits as Emma attacking the X-Men. That way you can have the "good" Emma ...and the "bad" Emma. Done!

Can someone please post an image of the EX, as i can't find it. It doesn't help that i'm on holiday viewing the forum on a mobile phone, an iPhone 3 ;D

This statues portraits are really on the knife edge between good and bad. In the end I think it will be really dependent on how well the paint apps come out. It's the subtle highlights and shading which make the expressions work in this case, if the factory applies a one slop flat paint app....it'll be all over.

Pre ordering this is way too risky, need to see the production piece first. Sideshow can't produce Red Sonja quality consistently.........

I think if sideshow just lightens the blue on the lips..it really helps..I like the EX like this. Makes her eyes pop even more imo

She turns into a clear diamond and shouldn't be "frosting" like Killer Frost. Then again, if they give this statue the Gal Gadot treatment, maybe the lips will look okay.
