johnny cash is the absolute epitome of COOL. i grew up listening to cash and always tried, but never succeeded, in getting my voice to drop as low as his. his live version of "a boy named sue" is still my all time favorite.

its actually not that hard... its just the same pattern over and over, and then a few simple chords for the chorus, so once you get that down you have the song...

Hmmm...I'll have to look up the chords online later on. I'm a terrible guitar player, but I like knowing a few songs by heart so I can play for my girls now and then, when we're up at the cabin.

Ok I tried to listen to hurt and cut it off at a minute and 30 seconds

orange blossom special made it to 5 seconds


The Emmylou Love hurts song was ok but there was another version sang by someone else that I liked better
