Still hanging around in Erlanger, KY
My guess is, it will remain there for many days, possibly weeks. No big deal. FedEx is FedEx, not DHL speedy..

The worst of 'Ebay Global Shipping Program' has yet to happen..
Once the parcel leaves the US and enters the UK the tracking number usually goes off the radar for many days.
Eventually the parcel will (mostly likely) end up in the hands of one of the worst courier companies known to man, YODEL. Yodel drivers tend to use their own cars, store parcels in their own homes. I had a YODEL driver lob a parcel over our side gate, which is 6ft tall, onto concrete floor. Even although i was home waiting for the parcel.

Update:
ebay
YOUR ITEM IS ALMOST THERE ....
What this means is, the parcel is still in Erlanger , Kentucky,
and has taken 8 days to pass through the sorting depot and clear customs.
The parcel has yet to leave the US
