Wait so this ULTIMATE is a new line by pcs. I thought ultimate akuma was just due to him being an anniversary edition and that's it no more would be done.

I'm not sure that it's necessarily a new line, per se. If a character warrants a MM revisit, and they think it's worthy of an "Ultimate", and it'll sell... we'll probably see it.
My guess is in addition to Akuma and Guile, Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li would be no-brainers.

I'm pretty sure there will be an Ultimate Ryu down the track since he's the poster boy for SF. A 1:4 MM bearded Ryu variant would be pretty cool.
With the SF5 Ken revisit releasing soon, might be a while before PCS consider an Ultimate 1:4 Ken. But a 1:3 Ken is more likely in my opinion.
