I lusted after that but I was super young when it hit and by the time I started earning pocket money it was well out of my league. As a very young man I pushed many a grocery cart to earn the money to quell that desire with this piece:


On a side note it was followed by a few others and the Batman-Mini before I scored the full sized Bowen Batman completely by fluke years later.

A buddy of mine was a huge Star Wars collector and dealt with a local SW's shop that had just bought an Estate collection. The Bowen Batman was amongst the things they obtained and being ignorant of it as they were wearing their "SW blast shields" they "dumped" the full sized Bowen Batman on me for $200! (It was floating around the 1K range at the time IIRC)

I saw the Bowen Batman at my LCS and was amazed by it but the price was too hefty. I think it was like $175 or 200. Did not get it then but acquired it years later. First statue purchased was Bowen Dr. Doom.
