the explanation I received was the NEW 90 policy was instituted by PCS "new management".

The 90 policy is based on the NEW website estimate. Despite a picture forwarded to PCS showing a previous estimate of April 2017 from their OLD website, they are not honoring it.

I am keeping it at this time because I don't want to give this poorly run company my money for nothing.

This is my last order from PCS.

Yeah that's what they've been telling everyone about the dates.
Have you tried contacting PayPal?

Sad times for PCS fans.

i would post on facebook to see steps taken to get NRD back after due date of statue while paying with paypal. bring it to red ant attention. if its one thing i learned with pcs, customer service says one thing management says another. remember the no refund on akuma by customer service only to have jerry clarify refunds can be offered.

Wait it out, I doubt this will ship before the "new" 90 days delay ends. I'm still excited for this, but if you wish to cancel it, you should be able to at this point.

So they have a deposit refund in place if the product fails to be delivered 90 days from its estimated date. That 90 days was past in July but because they revamped their website and in doing so had a revised date they're not honoring the intial estimate? That's some extremely poor customer service and a piss poor excuse at circumventing their own policy.
