lemon steak

i use this recipe on steak and broils

1 new york strip
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp emerils essence/ store bought or recipe in the rub section

place steak in large plastic ziploc bag. add all ingredients. marinate for at least 2 hours or up to a day in fridge for more flavor.

place steak in skillet and throw out marinade. cook to desired temp.

Medium rare myself and occassionally rare. My mum used to make steaks for my father which were always well done and I could never understand what the big deal is. Then i had one medium rare and wow. Now i get it.

Hamburger:

Drive up to lit up menu
Wait for worker to ask "How may I help you?"
Relpy with: "Hamburger"
They will reply with: "Is that it?"
To which you repsond: "Yes."

Then drive around to pay and pick up your hamburger.

Repeat.
