As far as execution is concerned,I would say Fett as well. It's one of my favorite busts.

I don't own Venom, I'm just talking about the execution of the two busts. I don't like the art style they used with Venom.

I think part of the reason I'm leaning toward Venom is the battle damage looks kind of cheesy on Fett. At least to me, it does. In all of the pics I've seen it doesn't look like a pain job befitting a piece of that price.
It reminds me of an image that's been zoomed in too far and wrapped around the helmet, so to speak.

I saw the Venom bust last weekend in person and the saliva is not yellow. It is clear, maybe not as clear as the prototype but definitely not yellow. In person the saliva and teeth do not look blended in.
