I remember the cartoon fondly but I would love more comic art Jim Lee takes on X-men 92. Not sure Koto would do both tho.

I really didn't want to start another line, but this may be too good to pass on.

Nice! PO'd Jubilee and Wolvie just this morning. I REALLY hope they make the full main team plus a bunch of villains.

It bothers me that Cyclops is the same exact shade of blue as Beast. I don't remember it being that way in the series.

But...

Was really looking forward to this one; but now am on the fence.

Koto better not screw up Rogue and Gambit. It's good that their costumes don't have a lot of colors in common.

I like these but not buying due to price. 40 dollars for a plastic figure. They look great but nope.

Rather pay 20 for a marvel legends instead.

You're correct. Cyclops had a much darker outfit. It won't keep me from buying the figures though. Really going to love this line. And yes, they better not screw up Rogue and Gambit. Definitely don't want to see Rogue with some angry scowl.

I wish Beast wasn't crouching. 1/10 figures are small enough and in order to appreciate them better, they need to be on a higher shelf or at eye level.

Well after pondering it a while, I'm still on the fence. Like others, I grew up on 90's X-men (mostly cartoon) but still prefer the detail of DRS or the other ArtFx+ like Spidey and Venom or even the Marvel Now X-men. I also don't collect this scale…but it is the X-Men!!!

If they do most of the Blue and Gold teams, it would be a great way to have a good sized X-Men team for around $500.
Any guesses on the sets?
We have:
Cyc, Beast
Wolv, Jub
so maybe:
ProfX, Jean,
Storm, Pylocke
NC,Col
Gambit, Rogue

will they go on and do Bishop, Ice, ArcAngel etc...

Didn't like that red background, so quickly mockuped up a different layout.

Is Cyc a little short? He's not crouching that much.
And one thing I think is interesting, is Cyc and Wolv are in a battle pose, while Jub is kinda in a celebratory pose (I understand she's shown using her power in this pose though) and Beast is in a neutral pose.

A possible display option is with the SSC Sentinel

But Beast and Cyc might look a little odd if set up battling it.

Your point is valid; but that pose is sick. Beast looks like he jumped straight out of the show. And most of his statues highlight his brawns rather than his brains. Nice to see this for a change.
