I'd rather not pay that crazy shipping either but I count my lucky stars everyday that I have Morrigan.
I'm going to attempt to get Mai during the early PO event, and if I'm unsuccessful, then I'll do what I need to to get Mai alongside Morrigan. I won't take the risk past this weekend.

Her face still isn't right....i don't know what their source is but it's not Mai to me....have they never seen Mai before?

It’s hmo’s Interpretation of mai, this style is in their busts and to a lesser extent morrigan as well.
You’re better off with kinetiquettes if you want a more accurate ver.

If this is having an international release do we still order from HMO or will there be other shippers for Americans? I don't want to pay hundreds in shipping.

With this company part of their charm is the unique faces. I wouldn't want Mai to just look like regular Mai.

Morrigan looks like Morrigan...this is supposed to be kof98 Mai and I don't know what this is supposed to be..... they haven't done her Japanese nor have they gone for a more western face like the art in the game...it's some weird mix of the two....I'm sure alot of people will eat this up but it's not a kof98 Mai and not a Mai I recognise.
I applaud them for changing everything about it though, it's a much much better piece now.
