Regarding you question, to sum it up.
The light-up saved this piece with Sideshow also "protecting" the sculptors. Nevertheless, looking nice with the light-up = NOT a statue.
It oozes a strong TOY-ish vibe or better said a DECORATIVE item that light ups and you can buy for 40 bucks in some stores.
Bravo to Sideshow for saving face though and "protecting" her sculptors but this sculpt is the worst GR sculpt EVAH, licensed or custom. EVAH
Looking nice with the light-up simply makes this a toy and not a statue.. A nice toy that lights up to show your teenage friends and amaze them.
This is NOT artsy. This is toy-ish and the light-up makes it even worse, at least for me, an ART lover.
Case closed.
Now also close the thread and move on, guys.
