I know I shouldn't be laughing but that is quite funny

By the way, why is this thread in the PCS section?

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

In the pic they look Indian so I suppose their response to you in Hindi would be "Kya tiklef heh, mader choad?"

Honestly, I hardly have any problems with USPS but when the time comes that they may mishandle a piece, insurance is a good thing.

'Course it doesn't help that the US Gov't laid off some 7500 USPS employees in recent months. Some of them "monkeys" were probably necessary in ensuring your pieces get to you safely.

.. also a pretty good argument for not shipping international.

Good grief! Talk about complete lack of respect. I always suspect they have extra fun with boxes marked "FRAGILE".

Trust me UPS don't give a f**k either. Out of high school I use to work in shipping and the UPS guys just toss those boxes around like it's a sack full of garbage.

The sides of the trailer were so high they would of had to have thrown them over no matter how gently they packed?

This is not a surprise. I remember seeing just the handle to a bag on the tram in an airport. Who knows where the bag was.

This is why you pack stuff well. Something a lot of online shippers still try to cheap out on. Of course, if something is fragile (statues) no matter how well packed they probably won't survive what's going on in that video.
