Lego Dimensions

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMQQ...RLvPC6P9vnDJnu

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VMB5VCS

Looks like Lego has just tossed their hat into the ring for a Skylander style game...Now this looks really Cool...And it's prob going to be really expensive with all the Licenses Lego has...This is a Must own for me though..Can't wait I actually enjoy playing all the lego games with my son.

There will be 15 Starter packs avail for pre-order soon...

Here are notes from Amazon and Lego...Last line is what makes me happy the most.

*For the first time, LEGO characters from a mix of the best brands in the universe join forces and battle in worlds outside of their own. A Dark Knight, a Wizard, and a Master Builder traveling together down the Yellow Brick Road are just the beginning..

*By purchasing additional expansion packs, you can grow your collection with a variety of your favorite brands to create even more crazy combinations.

*Bring up to 7 characters, vehicles and weapons into the game all at once by dropping them on the LEGO Gateway for the most exciting and action-filled game around.

*Let your imagination guide your solo journey or have a friend join the adventure with co-operative, drop-in/out play.

*A LEGO Toy Pad and the videogame found in the initial Starter Pack will offer continued compatibility with future Expansion Packs for years to come. No compatibility chart necessary - everything you buy today or expand with tomorrow will continue to work.

Since batman is there I am assuming there won't be any marvel characters.

considering Disney has Infinity I doubt they'd allow Lego to use their properties in this since it's technically a competitor in the whole "toys to life" genre, so I doubt there will be any Marvel or Star Wars for the lego

Looks like the only 3 lego sets that won't be included is marvel, Star Wars and Indiana jones...All Disney properties. I even saw a spot online where even ghostbusters will be included...so basically if it's lego and not owned by Disney it should be there, eventually.

Compounding this dynamic is the fact that the Lego games are done by Warner Brothers interactive, though I don't think they care about it as much as Disney would as they would be helping the competition.

Lego MArvel Vs DC would be sweet as though!!

I have ordered mine, can't stand the Wizard of Oz so not bothered about those although I will get the Wicked Witch.

I can see Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars coming out around the same time as The Force Awakens
