I don't understand this discussion. None of this makes any sense. Disney prides itself on inclusion and female driven projects (almost to a fault.) The statement that they won't be making female busts is blatantly sexist. There HAS to be more to this story...

I don't think so. To play devil's advocate, LSB of Scarlett, Olsen, Paltrow, definitely have a higher potential to be bought and used for purposes other than displaying. This decision definitely demonstrates a double standard, but I think it's just Disney playing it safe and protecting the image of their female characters. And I doubt the profit on LSB are anything significant to a company like Disney, the risk probably doesn't outweigh the reward for them.

All that being said, if anyone wants to start a petition, I'll sign it.
