optimus prime for example will not fit in besta (god knows i tried)

Most of the PF will fit in Besta, yeah Optimus' base is humongous but he looks fine on top of Besta.

Just for everyone's knowledge I spoke to an IKEA representative a couple of weeks back and he told me that IKEA will be discontinuing the Walnut and Beech effect (Beige) colored BESTAs. The only colors that will be carried will be the brown/black and the white. This will be starting in August.

That sucks, is this across the U.S.? or only for certain cities? Well, I already picked up 2 more units last weekend, I just need one more, I'll make sure I'll get it before August then.
I am not a big fan of the brown/black color, dust are very visible on that color. IMO beech color makes statues more pop up.

I use the walnut color, but my local IKEA ran out so I tried to order it online and it said this item is not sold online. So the next day I spoke with a Manager at IKEA and he told me about the colors that are being discontinued across the US, by August, and that my local store would not be purchasing any additional ones once they ran out. So I am out of luck, no more walnut colored BESTAs and they will not be getting anymore in. Sucks

You can buy a glass door, but it's pretty expensive, it's $50 per glass door per cube.
