I have no idea who cobbled that together but the drawings were done by Artgerm aka Stanley Lau.

Capcom USA commissioned him to do new artwork for 3rd Strike Online Edition and Darkstalkers Resurrection. Personally I think while he is a very talented artist, he is a very poor fit for these projects. His art style really clashes with the art direction established in the original games. It's like the equivalent of CG shoehorned into the Star Wars special editions...

I remember seeing legacy...and thought it was great!...Ken looked perfect! I'm pumped for this! Love that even how the hadoken will look is important for them...

I really thought the fight in Bourne Ultimatum was epic - so they might be some good fight scene's in this new series.
