Its just foreshortening due to the angle. The shot is from below her and with her right leg up like that we get a view of the full length of her leg. The left leg is angled more towards the viewing angle just giving the illusion of being longer. I'm sure with the program used to sculpt these things, they use it to measure the length of limbs and things like that to make sure everything is symmetrical. I'm not 100% sure but I think the models are created sometimes before they're even put in a pose.
There's a lot going on with her body in that pose that at a glance could look off, but if you really give it a good look, everything checks out.
