I didn't get any Reg parts. it is advertised as having a extra base but there was nothing in the box aside from the EX base and Sharky body.

You're not supposed to get a whole additional base, you are supposed to get switch out parts from the base (the call-me-kenneth robot head and arm) so that you can display the base in either regular (destroyed call-me-kenneth robot) or exclusive (sharky) configuration.

SS' only in charge of distribution..I doubt they can do much about missing parts

Well the description for the exclusive on Sideshows order page seems to contradict itself. One paragraph says " Additional base with the body of 'Sharky' from the acclaimed 'Chicken Run' issue" Then in the next part of the description it says "As a bonus, this very limited Sideshow exclusive contains the 'Call-Me-Kenneth' pieces from the regular version so collectors can display it in either form". Now I'm confused.
