I thought they would do it for the spooktacular event in october, like when they released the Green Phoenix. I'm still betting they do it in October.

yea im not sure.. this one was sent out almost 3 years ago so I would have thought it would have happened already during the last 3 spooktaculars. maybe it wont be happening anymore
