Yeah nothing wrong with 3 variants. I think he should even revisit Evil Ryu and update the base to match Akuma, gi grey and black hair.
Kens proposed pose looks great to me.

No interest in violent Ken for me. Not enough of a presence in the franchise to make me want him tbh. I would prefer an Oni before A violent Ken. Heck, I'd even take Hakan. lol
but if he is made, I would buy him to support the line.

This is it, this is all i want. Could careless about any other versions - violent ken, pink ken, yellow ken flame ken etc.. or accessories.
This is all I want to pair with the prototypez ryu

I think a fighting pose opposite Ryu is the best way to go.

I agree that violent ken is not the best option for a variant. I would rather see the purple gi. When it comes to the pose, I believe the first one looks awesome, but for the second one we need to have something relate to Shoryuken and flames. I did not like the battle damaged version that much to be honest.
