Iron Studios - The Lord of the Rings

It was just announced, but no teasers yet and we might see some prototypes and/or concept art during CCXP.

No scale mentioned, but safe to say 1/10 is pretty much guaranteed. Maybe a bigger scale too.

I couldn´t be more excited!

Lord of the Rings is one of the most important literary creations of the 20th century. It has created an legion of fans with its awarded cinema adaptations.

Now, we’re honored to be able to bring to life those characters from this Universe so rich with our Art Scale 1/10 series, which will be presented in first hand for the visitors of CCXP 2018.

See you there!

Very nice. I won't be buying any of these, but it's cool to see.

I hope that the license also extends to the Hobbit and we get all the dwarves.

Sideshow inexplicably abandoned LOTR, so a big opportunity here. They should take more care with getting the likenesses right. More interested in dioramas than 1/10 standalones.
