Summer of Night by Dan Simmons. If you liked It by Stephen King, you'll like this one. Best book I've read in recent memory.

will be starting a Feast of Crows by Martin just finished A Storm of Swords 2 days ago thought I would rest I read the last quarter of the book in one sitting so lol
