Waitlist conversion

Do any of you ever have to hop on waitlist for hot toys? I know they are probably similar list to statues, but since there isn’t typically a stated number of Hot toys, I was wondering if the wait is typically long for anyone on it?
1/6 figures always seem like they potentially get an extra batch added to the existing.

The only Hot Toys figure I waitlisted was the Infinity War Thor, but that was a bad example. Hot Toys reopened preorders for Thor and Iron Man mk50, so the waitlist converted pretty fast for me. Otherwise, I think waitlist conversions occur around ship time.

Awesome! This is the type of info I have been waiting for. I really like that Scarlett Spider they are producing and didn’t want to miss out on a potential figure for my avengers display.
Why do you say that Thor was a bad example?

Thor was an Infinity War release and was quickly reissued following the release of Endgame. Were it not for Endgame there is no telling if conversions for Thor would have happened.

That because Hot Toys reopened preorders. That rarely happens.

YAY! I got one! This figure is so sick looking to me.. I never really cared about The Scarlet Spider, but using this suit in the game and Hot toys has me hype.
