Pose still looks awkward to me because the missile is firing while he's either slowing his descent or thrusting backwards. It should look like he's come to a complete rest while the missile is firing from his arm and I think that's what threw the piece off for a lot of us. We only see Iron Man using his repulsor blasts while flying through the air. When he fires the arm missile in the movies his momentum is at a complete stop.

The best part is the light up feature...really shame though as it would be wasted when it’s not turn out 99.99% of the time.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say anyone who buys this statue will have the lights on more than 8.75 hours a year.

I don't know, when you're paying these kind of prices, the lighting failing is always in the back of your mind. Especially as there is absolutely no access to repair them. I have the knifehead which has a wonderful light feature. I've turned it on maybe 5 times ever. Rock and a hard place scenario, you want to use it, but you don't at the same time.....

i think i would have liked this better if his left hand was open blasting his repulsor like the right and his head was centered, right now it just seems like theres too much going on at once

Well if it fails, then it fails. What does it even matter at that point? The lights failing are the same thing as them being off.

The lighted statues I have always remain unlit. I keep the batteries out, and use my own lighting. Better to do this than deal with leaking batteries. Personal preference tho.

It matters because it will see the resale value of said statue drop a fair amount. That and it will obviously remove the option for a key feature and selling point of the statue.
