But after seeing Bel's sculpt on the SSC Colossus PF ...man, I want Bel to sculpt a classic comic Iron Man PF.
That would be a grail piece for me, Bob Layton inspired classic Iron man sculpted by Daniel Bel. He's already done a comic version Cap, Thor & Hulk for SS.

That would be amazing. I'm a HUGE fan of the JR JR/Layton Iron Man run.

Could it really be another Iron Man statue and again a Maquette? I'm curious to see what the new Maquette tax will be. He does look like he's flying so there is the engineering tax. Maybe a clear resin tax too?

Because they are so hard to paint...even though the paint app is still not that great.

I count Classic Iron Man Comiquette as the only 1/4 comic Iron Man from sideshow.

Iron Spidey here is a correctly sized and proportioned 1/4 statue. Iron Man is smaller in every way to Spidey. And he’s a man in armor. Imagine with the armor off, he’s tiny. No way Iron Man can be 1/4.

It was supposed to be. The webpage for it even says it is. And collectors like it so much they trick themselves into believing it is. But when you compare the proportions of it to any other 1/4 it’s glaringly and obviously too undersized to truly be 1/4.

I alway thought the IM M3 was undersized when comparing it to OG Cap. You would think someone in armor Caps size would be bigger.
