Obviously some people have the statue in hand. Just measure it, and we can see what the scale is (more than likely 1/7 and not 1/6 like some people insist on typing, I dunno why).

But are those cracks on his left shoulder in the first pic?

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

After the debacle that is Kitty's face, I really wished I could cancel my pre-orders for Mystique and Hela. Well, I got my Mystique and that feeling has just increased 10 fold. She has chips all the way through to the resin on every angle of her. Hair, hips, thighs, other side of hair. You can not display her in any way that doesn't have a glaring chip showing. The seller isn't responding to my email yet, so I'm very pissed at the quality control on this line. If I wanted this level of crap quality, I'd buy from the DC Bombshells line.
The packaging was still sealed, and some of the chips are in weird recessed spots, so I can't figure out how it could even have this much damage all the way around it fresh from the factory. Also, the general paint app is sloppy AF. Paint is just slopped on to her arms/under arms, outfit, it's terrible in a multitude of ways.

No, not cracks, they seem to be lines of small bubbles, criss-crossing as if a by-product of the glue used to fix the arms to the shoulder. I can't see them from 12 inches away, so they don't bother me, and I deem them a cool (!) feature.

Happy to see the movie Deadpool up for pre-order. Eager to see the Hugh Jackman Logan!

If it was sealed, and came chipped, then I would contact DST, we should be able to do something. Not sure what can be done about the paint, but the chips should not be line-wide.
