Making navy beans and ham.

With leftover Easter ham. Can't wait!

1 bag of dry Navy beans
1/2 large white onion chopped
1/2 cup celery leaves
1 clove Garlic minced
1 bay leave
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 ham bone with some ham on it
salt and pepper to taste
6 cups of water

Cook in crock pot on high until it boils then switch to low and cook for 12 hours.

No, it's a slow cooker and dry beans. I bet if I soaked them overnight then I could probably nuke 'em. Wouldn't be the same though.

Even my wife who's a pescetarian says they smell great!
