This is the info on FB. A member named Justin DeLew posted this and said Jay confirmed it's happening. Can't confirm that it's true. As of right now, this is the rumor going around.

Seems SS really lit a fire under there arse with their 1/3 scale Wolverine.
Lbs need to throw all the cards on the table, I need to know how much there version is gonna cost. Measurements etc
These are 2 very different pieces but I like the SS version more.
price plays a role too cuz I imagine this LBS version will be well over $1000.

XM and LBS both posted notification that their Marvel deal was 'in question'.

I haven't heard any official word from either since then, that a new or revised deal has been made. But how convenient that 'Jay' is leaking that this Wolverine will be made. Before announcement of a Marvel deal? Without mentioning any other previously shown LBS statues?

Why would they do such a thing... ?
