Has anyone sent Chris an email and got a reply? I sent him one since he and I were chatting originally when I got mine and the wing showed up broken in half. Still waiting to hear back.

No, nothing, i sent mails to Chris and Becky, and no reply as well

I think they will wait for replacement before replying to us.

I sent an email to Becky last week and received a reply a few days later. She stated that they are keeping a list of who needs what, and they will know more once they hear from the factory. It shouldn't be much longer now.

Ok Everyone!

Hope all is well for everyone, but we have replacement wings available for those that have defects. If you have a defective wing, and have not contacted us please do.
Just send a quick email, sales@aspenstore.com with all of your contact and shipping info and a description and picture of the defect.
This is the first wave of replacement wings, more are coming with the replacement statues. So if you have a broken statue, send an email for that also if you have not already with a picture and description.

Also, look for news on a 'new' statue shortly.

Just a little more info and clarification.

If you have both a defective wing list it as a right wing or left wing based on Aspen's left side or right side, in other words if it a left wing, it would be on the same side as her left arm.

And if you both a broken statue and a defect wing, you replacements will ship when they next wave of wings and first wave of replacement statues arrive.
