Determined to uncover the truth, I took it upon myself to investigate. To my surprise, I discovered that the project had not even entered production, despite Legion Studios' claims that the prototype was printed and being painted.
Digging deeper, I found out that Legion Studios had never paid for the print, and they hadn't even started the painting process for the prototype or the print. It was a heartbreaking realization that Legion Studios had run off with people's money, betraying the trust of collectors and enthusiasts who were eagerly awaiting this beautiful statue for their collections.
The true tragedy lay in the fact that this exquisite statue, which had the potential to bring joy and beauty to so many, was never going to see the light of day. It was a profound disappointment that collectors would be deprived of the opportunity to own and appreciate the craftsmanship of the Vera statue.
Motivated by the sadness surrounding this situation, I decided to take matters into my own hands. With the blessing of the original sculptor, Franco Carlesimo, and the purchase of the print from Ownage, I founded ReVenture Studios. This new company would not only rectify the injustice done by Legion Studios but also ensure that the Vera statue would become a reality, bringing solace to those who had longed for its presence in their collections.
