My only 2 nitpicks(and they are VERY minor) would be that the front lights don't look quite yellow enough when lit and I don't really care for the silver wheels. Just wondering if anyone else is thinking about giving them the black paint treatment so they look more like this:

Is this a pic of the actual screen used vehicle?

Yup, it's the one featured in the documentary about all the Batmobiles on the Dark Knight Rises blu-ray.

I beleive the rim were blackened out in Batman returns and can bet that hot toys will release this once more under the returns liscence.

I think the pict above is from the 92 batman returns by kilmer. The keaton 89 is more like the one they got the ref pict from. As ucan see the 92 batmobile has black wheels n side intake.
The 89 batmobile has silver wheel n side intake..just like the hot toys one

Batman Returns was also Keaton, but I do think you're right about the '92 version having blacked out areas(wheels, side intake, etc) that were silver on the '89 version. I think the '92 paint looks much better, but I'm not going to wait around for HT to do a '92 version when it has taken this long just to get the '89 to us.

well if the only difference is a few black areas, it wouldn't take much effort on their part. I guess I should just wait for that version with all the scratches this version is getting. All they had to do is wrap this in plastic, and it would eliminate those issues.
