these pieces are NOT MINE - however i figured this would be easier than creating a new thread for just these pictures

last year i visited the traveling marvel exhibit that was in detroit at the time (i believe its in ohio now?). some really amazing pieces of marvel history there, screen used costumes / props and original art. there was much more but these were some of my favorite art pieces. i left them in large format so you can really zoom in to see the good stuff. i was surprised to see just how rough some of these are with white out and patches / lettering cut and pasted on top, was a lot of fun to see

heres a couple ive been waiting on for a while and man were they worth the wait! ive been wanting to get something from Chris Stevens for years now, when his list opened last year i could not decide between his hyper detailed pen and ink or his beautiful paint work so was fortunate enough to do one of each. staying with the theme of characters im doing statues on - luther strode and savage dragon with the maxx

Wait?! Chris is back to pen?!?! I LOVE his pen pieces but both times I got on the list he was only doing markers.

Congrats on the fantastic additions. The pen piece goes without saying how great it is, but that purple on The Maxx is eye catching. Love it.
