Parting with Large Collection

My father passed away about 4 years now - and we've just started to touch his massive collection of just about - well, everything, including - you got it, Bowen Statues (and yes, he kept all the original boxes)

There are definitely some that will NOT be for sale. Doctor Doom and Magneto are staying with me, my oldest son just wants Captain America, and my youngest son is getting Spider-Man and all the Spider-Man Villain busts (not pictured, but I can get a picture of it this weekend).

Enjoy his display, and I will see if I can dig up some of the statues or busts that he unfortunately never got to put up.

After being scammed on this forum (back in 2021) to the tune of 500 Euros ($542.00 USD).. the seller felt the need to mention that their father had passed away, one of the reasons they would later use for not sending out the statue or refunding my 500 Euros. There is no way i would trust some one selling here on StatueForum with a post count of 1

The person that scammed me was an Admin Plus member, and i still got scammed.
You live and learn, and as a result i refuse to buy anything from anyone located in Ireland. Sorry.

Also, i did not think non Admin Plus members were allowed to list items for sale on StatueForum?

I wanted to share photos of my Dad's collection before I start boxing it up - I'm not posting them for sale on the forum.

I live in New Jersey and will be selling them in-person, or at comic book shows, as I don't trust shipping stuff like this.

Thank you for sharing the photos. You can try The Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank. That's a really great comic book shop. I went there when visiting my aunt a few years back. Everyone in there was super nice.

Sorry to hear about your father's passing, but I think he would have appreciated you sharing his collection with the community. It's good that you and your sons will keep at least a few of the items.
