If it's only one character, I'd vote probably for:
Wolverine
Hulk
Spider-man
Batman
Superman

If he wants to do a cover recreation, I'd go for Giant Size X-men #1, or X-men #1 (by Jim Lee).

Now I've got to go to NYCC.

I had to join the forum instead of just reading to contribute my plentiful ideas...trust me, it wasn't easy waiting for activation!

If we are dealing with single characters i'd like to see the following-
Shredder (with a big oversized helmet)
Splinter
Storm
Zsasz
Poison ivy

If we are going for groups or doubles-
Bebop and rocksteady
A family portrait style of Batman villains in toned down 'dressup' costumes

There.. I finally got it all out of my brain!

Chris said "Josh" won it. He didn't draw the name at the Con, but instead a bunch of SF folks went out to dinner and they did it there. If I had a little more forewarning, I would have joined them, but when I asked at 4pm on Saturday, he said the drawing would be at 6pm. When I came back at 6pm, he said the drawing would be at dinner. But I did get a chance to chat with a few SF members, and it was nice to put a face to a screen name .

But the piece was very cool. It was the Red Skull. Hopefully, Josh will be posting it here soon.
