I thought it was the complete opposite. Ingrid said you would have to do crazy things like win a match 10 times in a row. Nothing of that nature was even hinted at. Instead they seemed to be fairly simple to pull off.
Also, He never dropped a single thing that was new. No characters or anything that wasn't already known from the comics and cast listings. Takeda, Kun Jin, Jaqui Briggs, etc... was all already known on any mortal kombat game forum for the last couple of months.
Not to mention his DLC guest character has went against everything the studio, leaks, and others have said it would be.
Also, the press release makes it sound as if Mileena is the final boss, not Shinnok.
I will give him credit, as Takeda seems to be similar to Omega Red with whips that come out of his arms ala scorpion, but that could have just been an educated guess since Takeda was shown to be trained from Scorpion in the Comic.
But i'd say there are another 3-5 characters slots open, if he's the real deal, say who the final characters are and give us something new that wouldn't be known already, such as jaqui's fatality or something.
