Betty Brant married Ned Leeds in issue #156 (May, 1976). She wasn't used much after that. She popped up after Leeds was killed (issue #289 - Death/unmasking of Hobgoblin) to do the whole grieving thing, feel guilty about having an affair, then joined a cult, then moved in with Flash, then disappeared again. She was then revamped as a news reporter, martial artist, and expert marksman. She eventually fingered Roderick Kingsley as the real Hobgoblin and cleared Ned's name. That's the last I heard of her... She supported Peter during that whole unmasking fiasco. She still works for the Bugle.
I have no memory of Glory Grant after the early 80s. She took Betty Brant's place as JJJ's secretary. However, after being duped by some Kingpin nonsense, she disappeared for a while. She's now dating Joe Robertson's son, Randy. She's made the occasional appearance here and there but nothing major.
