Looks very good except the mask which is all around bad. I am sticking with the P1 version.

Mask looks serviceable from some angles and totally wonky from others. Not a big fan of the paint app on this either. The head looks especially "painterly" and the matte finish doesn't help the lack of realism either.

On a positive note, the translucent fangs look great and the pose is beautiful. Not nearly as iconic as Prime 1's and therefore not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm really into it. Elegant, full of life (unlike the paint), and fresh.

Honestly, at ~$1K for either of these, it's a great time to be a fan of this particular Predator. He's getting some long overdue love.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

That last bit couldn't be more true. Good times. It really would be worth their effort to just re-do the mask on this. The rest of it looks so good that it's a shame that the most iconic piece of his armour is letting it down.

I will likely get one, both have their pro's and cons. Now to decide.....

Ordered from Spec Fiction

Paid in full - just the shipping to worry about now

Still undecided/hesitant about the PRIME1 version - for a number of reasons.

If the deposit wasn’t so high on this from bbts and spec right before Xmas , I would’ve ordered this. I like the unmasked portrait on this one better , looks identical to the CP 1:1 bust. I think Prime wins with iconic pose and masked portrait. My hope is the Ex will stick around for awhile on this.

I would think it'll be around for a while - but we weren't willing to take any chances on this one.

For us, it's EASILY the best mass-produced City Hunter ever made.

Hope their Jungle Hunter / Dutch dio comes out looking as good.

I did a little comparison image of the bios. Both could be better for sure with a few tweaks, the "cheek bone" area on both is weak, and that is what gives the real hero mask much of it's shape. But I think it's clear that the Prime 1 version is much closer to the real thing currently. By the way, I'm not trying to knock them, I love both of these statues. I just love the P2 mask and nobody ever seems to really nail it.
