These lower ES is why I have been reiterating to the few that say you can get XM statues for cheaper later is false with the new ES structure.

I for 1 am happy with the new PO model. I also tend to think these ES would be much much higher if XM was able to sell in all regions like SS. I bet you would see Storm double in PO.

But I do find it crazy how some of the really expensive statues like Optimus Prime is 600.

No doubt about it. There are multiple Marvel pieces that I would have considered if not for the high shipping costs.

i expect a lot of these MTO edition sizes to top out at 500 moving forward. yes this is expensive compared to sideshow after factoring all the shipping costs, but really it's the best storm in the market, and would I buy another storm with the white costume after this? not likely. With the quality of their product it makes it worth it for me to spend that much and not have to worry about looking to other companies who will also make a storm and will be just as expensive down the line (factoring SS inflation of 10% every year)

Honestly this is the Storm I want. To me it has it all. Its just going to hurt to get it.

The definitive storm for me. Favorite costume, beautiful portraits, love the base and pose(s) and its made by XM(top quality).

Bet you money it's because of the suit. NOT because it's not comic accurate...but because it's the Jim Lee suit which is one of her less than great designs. Some people (like you two crazy kids above) love the Lee suit....but it's not my fave. I just got this because nobody else is going to ever do a 1:4 Lee and...well....it is Storm....

Make this in a modern or original suit and she would sell at least in the 600 ES range.

I would guess that Transformers is more popular in the Asian market then X-Men...

I agree for the most part. Literallly, the one aspect I would change on her is the suit. I would prefer either far left or far right (but the gold piping not white).

I may have ordered, regardless of XM price, if she is wearing the costume on the far right and the statue is well made. I hope sideshow makes this version of Storm. I have a feeling storm is not too far off.
