Just received this message this morning regarding my Derby statue:
The comments for your order are: Hello
Unfortunately we have just been advised that this item has been cancelled by the suppliers and despite our best attempts, we have been unable to secure any further supplies.
Please be assured that no payment has been taken.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

She's still on the GG website so I don't think she is cancelled. I think your distributor cancelled the orders for her.

Nothing from the regular line yet Wisconsin. The EX Whisper from the Con is all....I have Derby, Whisper and Lucky on order....starting to lose interest honestly.

The harsh reality is that we're very much reaching a spending ceiling in this hobby. Prices are rising much faster than inflation rates. The average PF went from costing $325 to $470 in just 2 years. That's a 44% increase in price. That's just crazy. Can you think of any other product or service which rose in price by 44% during the same time span?
There simply isn't enough fanbase accessible money to keep all statue companies afloat. I'm not at all surprised to see how hard a time this line and others are having. The cost-enjoyment ratio is really being tested lately. People are forced to make choices.

I think you're right, but I don't think this has anything to do with how long it's taking to get HoneyTrap to market.
If GG had hit while the iron was hot, they would have sold these statues without an issue. Now, 2 years or so, onwards, the statues simply aren't relevant anymore or people have no interest in entering into this ridiculous waiting game.
