ROTS Emperor bust?

Someone over at Rebelscum posted this as a confirmed GG bust for 2006. Don't know if it's true, it almost looks like its a "Bust-Up", but it looks prety good although I think the saber blade might be a little long.

on the comp at work there is a emperor bust on the system but i've herd nothing about it no pics or nothing at its £39.99 and there is a bust up of him as well

look at the base under the cloak,i dont think bust ups come on the black bases like that,and dean says it confirmed.
