Agreed, it is a bit odd but I can see where he was trying to match the style of the painting.

The likeness is "Arnoldesque"

Yeah that paint up was by Saul, how is yours coming along Warhead? Really looking forward to it.

RE the anatomy I agree that he was matching the painting and I think he did a great job with that. Using actual Arnold body pics would have looked more realistic but it also wouldn't match the painting, I guess we can't have it both ways.

I needed something smaller for my shelf.

Seriously though, I agree. I think if they had gone with a simple base like I made, then it would have lowered the price and the shipping weight. Possibly could have brought the price point down enough to get more sales.
That base makes Thulsa Doom look like the secondary character- the base steals the show.
