If Juggs is happening, makes me wonder if Flash is not far behind since these two were the most in demand and the DC line seems to getting a lot of love this year.

Premium format is typically 1:4 scale whereas maquette traditionally is for statues that are not in scale. It's a term usually reserved for larger pieces, such as Voltron and The Iron Giant where 1:4 scale is just not feasible.

Yes, but they also go for 1/4 pieces that are larger (such as this) or statues that have extra to the design. IM Maq, Thanos Maq, ect.
Bane is a huge 1/4 that didn't get the Maq title.

same scale, maquettes are more expensive because they are overall larger pieces and can be more "ambitious"
