Yup. It definitely has problems. But overall it’s still excellent. The fact that it’s straight forward, classic costume, no gimmicks, and good sculpting keeps it timeless.

Great combo. Size looks fine. I have the DD Shadowland too. Spidey is my absolute favorite character but of these 2 statues since they’re in the pic together the DD wins.
Spidey is pretty dark. I like it. The lines and darkness make it different from the other options out there. There’s enough classic Spideys. I’m really ready for other costumes.

Saw this in person at my LCS and the pictures do this piece no justice. It looks really good. The paint job on Spidey is awesome.

For me this piece is an EX or fail. And that's because the regular head is a fail. That black outline mascara is just way to big on the regular. Looks like he's squinting from a black eye.
Otherwise, this piece looks cool but pricey.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

For me it's the other way around. McFarlene eyes for some reason didn't translate well on this portrait. Not too mention that Spideys musculature rinds me of the classic Romita spidey, whereas McFarlanes Spider-Man was more lanky, slim.

If the colors would've popped more and the seam line wasn't so bad on the Ex, I would've gone for this. Too many choices now a days.

neither of the portraits are enough to separate me from my hard earned money. They are "meh" at best for me.
