"Children of the Atom" The end of the X-Men name?
The solicitations for April have a new title called "Children of the Atom" that to me suspiciously looks like an X-Men title relaunch.
I'm calling it here and now this is going to be the title of the upcoming Disney MCU "X-Men" films.

apparently those 5 X-Men will all have proteges or sidekicks.
I think what Jonathan Hickman did with the X-Men is fantastic but I think that what Marvel is starting to do now is what they did in the 90's/early 2000's where there were X-Men books coming out non stop. I can understand wanting to expand on a good thing but I still think that is going to take sales away from other books (and it looks like Fallen Angels has ended with #6).

My concern is that this is an early indicator that Disney/ Marvel wants to stop using "X-Men" as it has been previously stated that it is somewhat dated for the current politically correct climate.

Well, we have seen how well they did with the Star Wars movies. This is not a surprise to me at all. They can call the new team "Gender Fluid Humans" But wait...huMAN has Man in it too so that will not work. Maybe "Non Specific Beings"?

I went over to a friend's house the other day and he had a group of people there and I said "Hey Guys" and this girl there got all offended I would say that because there were girls there to... It's like where does it end?
Now these female producers and actresses want to create chick flicks out of the MCU... A movie about Dark Phoneix and Thor dating? WTF?
