What I do know is that they're having to go through the same process for Wonder Woman that they went through for Joker. XM needs to get their quality control for these 1/6 statues back to the level it used to be when they started with 1/4 statues.

These 1/6 statues are already more expensive for this scale. I have no desire to keep preordering, get the statue, find out it's messed up, put it back in the box, and wait for months to get a statue I can actually display. I've never had issues with XM's statues (and I own a ton of them) until this 1/6 line. Right now, they're batting .500 with Joker and Wonder Woman having big issues and Superman and Flash being ok (so far).
Even if they did make some replacement parts with the first batch the portraits would have come out the same due to the bad batch which I'm guessing was a bad mold...

I agree they need to up their QC but this does seem to be a problem with companies once they start to get big. Too much product, not enough people to check on everything, a common problem with Sideshow... Even seeing it with Tweeterhead since they started to do a lot more statues... Not saying it's ok just that it is unfortunately common...

Back when XM was smaller they only had a few statues so yeah they could look through all the boxes before being sent out... those days a long gone...

I got lucky I guess, my Joker went together easily... but given I got mine like a month after you got yours, I was probably in the 2nd or 3rd batch... so either they fixed it or my hairdryer trick did the trick

How does her second leg (no peg) fit onto the base? Is it just meant to lean against the broken pillar? Mine is leaning against the pillar but it moves easily and seems rather precariously placed?

The face is just terrible. And I don't think it's just the paintjob.

If you look at all the unboxing videos her face doesn't look like that, I'm not sure what's up with that picture, or maybe he just got a bad quality one, I don't know.

According to XM, a % of portraits for this piece did not meet their normal standards. This appears to be one of them.

I've seen videos. And i think the helmet portrait looks worse than this one

Wonder Woman is a breathtakingly beautiful woman.
No matter how nice someone talk this face, it is just terrible

Where did you find this information? Also, is there a “headsculpt replacement” protocol being worked on?

It's the exact same portrait as the proto.
She looked sad on the proto, she looks sad here too.
The reason why I gave up and didn't order her.
I doubt that unhappy collectors will get another - and happy- portrait.
