The worst bishoujo they have put out so far. The cape is wrong, the hair is wrong, the body angles are wrong. Koto needs to redo this one because the artwork is gorgeous.

Not bad at all. Nice colors, nice body, nice face, and the cape is fine with me also. My only recommendation would be to bulk up the hair.
Not the best Bishoujo piece, but far from the worst.

I'm disappointed how the Storm bishoujo prototype looks and I truly hope that Koto will make improvements before she hits the market. Those huge lightning "bracelets" are an eye sore (and the short cape, thin hair, high and wide hips, and awkward panties) and lacks great craftsmanship that Koto has been known for.

I think the legs and hips look fine! She doesn't need to look anorexic to look good. She's a superhero, these women would need to be muscular and a little shapely in order to not get their brains kicked in in a fight. Yes, I know I'm trying to apply real world logic to a comic book topic, but not all characters need to have Famine's body type, IMO (of course.)
