Come to think of it, if he's levitating over lava, wouldn't the glow be limited to the underside of his boots anyway? I actually really liked the Vader, orange paint and all, but it just looks so odd on this one....

I was really excited at first look, but the floating, the soft goods and the strange lightning are a no-go. But I like the fact that they gave him his ROTS lightsaber.

Had they given this piece a more natural looking floating effect I’d have been down for it. Stagger the feet a bit and get rid of that backwards lean while his body remains rigid. As is he looks more like a kite than a human.
A good example of a natural floating effect is XM’s Superman.
