this is straight up no utility belt, no shield for cap.hand to hand combat. ultimate cap is hard core. ultimate cap has the original skills of regular cap. plus by any means necessary mentality. he will go that extra mile to finish him off.

Going the "extra mile" has no bearing on weather or not he is more capable of defeating someone in a fight, like I said before, both Bat's and Cap have faced and defeated opponents with the same "any means necessary" attitude.
P.S Batman always has his utility belt.

Offcourse Batman would win.
he always outsmarts everyone.
Batman can shut down all Justice League members on his own so why wouldn't he just beat one man.

Batfans tend to forget that Batman, while he has beaten some top names, has also fallen to non-metahumans. Bats himself even admitted that Cap could probably take him, and Ultimate Cap seems to be an upgraded version.
I think UC would give Bats a beating that Bane would be impressed by.

sure he can beat all the members of the Justice League...with his contingency plans. and i am sure he can find a way to beat cap if he took his time studying him. but by the time bats figures it out, he'll already be bloodied and beaten to a pulp. plus i can totally see cap wrap that cord with the batarang around batman's head, or take his shield and drive it into the chest of batman to achieve victory.
