From everything seen just can't believe current conventional fabrication techniques have much chance to produce a great Voltron.

Why would Voltron need to be such a difference than the Transformers line? I don't know much about Voltron, but isn't he a giant stompy robot?

Lots of basic shapes and sharp lines. Not a bunch of little details to disguise slushy casting.

Thanks qz33, but yes there are so many materials it is bit confusing.
With my FFF-type 3d-printer, I use PET. Which has good density and is quite strong/hard/smooth. Think it is one of the best materials for FFF.
But FFF takes sooo long to make something, 6-7-8 hours for quite small stuff.
Will look into resin printing next.
